Colette is Olivier's grandmother. The one who used to take him cycling as a child, along the walls of the Clos de Beaurepaire. The one to whom he said — with the quiet certainty of children — that one day, he would live there.
By naming this house "Chez Colette", Olivier pays her the tribute she deserves.
