No. 1
First edition: Summer
It all starts here. For this first timeless evening, the estate transforms into an exceptional venue — gastronomy, champagne and live music come together to inaugurate what will become an unmissable event.
Jérémy Beauvallet , chef of Bistroquett in Troyes, has created five courses that combine generosity and precision. Each dish is paired with the elegant bubbles of Maison Gérard Lassaigne from Montgueux — a champagne of character, reflecting the character of the place.
And to enhance the evening, the Diaz Event group creates a captivating jazz atmosphere that makes the Grange vibrate in a different way.
Because a great meal also deserves great music.
An enchanting interlude — the first of many.

Second edition:
Autumn is coming to the table.
For one evening only, the Clos de Beaurepaire transforms into an exceptional pop-up restaurant. Outside, autumn adorns the park with its last colors. Inside, six gastronomic sequences unfold in the soft light of the Grange.
Christian Chavanon , the passionate chef of the restaurant Le Bois du Bon Séjour in Pont-Sainte-Marie, creates seasonal cuisine — generous, inspired, rooted in the Champagne region.
Alongside him, Thibault Languillat , sommelier at Moulin de la Barbuise in Voué, orchestrates the wine pairings with rare precision and sensitivity. Unexpected combinations, carefully chosen bottles—so that each dish finds its perfect match in the glass.
A suspended moment.
Between gastronomy, conviviality and the tranquil beauty of autumn in Champagne.

Third edition:
Spring arrives at the table.
After autumn comes renewal. Le Clos de Beaurepaire reopens the doors of its pop-up restaurant for an evening dedicated to freshness and the first scents of spring.
Six sequences conceived by the chef of the restaurant Le Cygne de la Croix in Nogent-sur-Seine — a seasonal cuisine rooted in the products of the moment, light, lively, carried by the energy of the beautiful days that return.
Alban Pernet , whom you can find at his wine shop Mon Alter Vino in Sainte-Savine, is once again orchestrating the wine selection. True to his exacting standards and passion, he creates pairings that allow the terroir to speak as much as the glass itself.
A gourmet and champagne-flavored interlude — before summer arrives.
